Spanish-american fusion never tasted this good.
Jon grew up in the kitchen with his mom and dad, helping feed his family. For the last 20 years and on dozens of smokers and grills, Jon has been mastering the art of self-taught backyard barbecue.
Maria spent her early years standing at the threshold of the kitchen watching Spanish women in her family work their magic, dreaming of the day she could create that same joy for others.
Now, we’re here to bring the joy of our home cooking to you - our neighbors.

Meet Jon & Maria
We didn't set out to open a restaurant. We’ve just always loved serving people good food!. Jon grew up in the kitchen with his mom and dad, helping feed his family. Maria wasn't allowed in her mom's kitchen, but she'd watch through the doorway as the Spanish women in her family worked their magic. When we got married, we became the perfect team: Jon outside smoking meats, Maria inside making the sides. Our friends kept telling us, "You need to turn this into a business!"
After years of catering for friends and serving on our church kitchen committee, we finally listened. In February 2023, we took our own advice to our kids — "don't be afraid to try"— and started a restaurant to feed our community.
We opened our doors on June 2, 2023, with one mission: Bless God First, Then Bless The People. Every sauce, seasoning, and side is made from scratch because we believe good food should take the stress off your hands and bring joy to your table.
